Nana's Easy Banana Bread

This is the easiest and tastiest Banana Bread recipe you will ever try. It's one of the most used recipes in my kitchen and perfect for using up those over-ripe bananas.

Equipment

  • medium bowl
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • loaf baking tin

Ingredients

  • 2 over-ripe bananas mashed
  • 1 60g egg
  • cup butter melted
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tspn cinnamon optional
  • 2 tspn nutmeg optional
  • ½ tspn salt
  • 1 squeeze honey optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 175°C and grease and line a loaf tin with baking paper
  • Mix all ingredients together in the bowl
  • Pour into the prepared loaf tin
  • Bake for 50 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean
