Dreamy White Christmas
An easy and decadent Christmas treat full of the traditional flavours of Christmas
Servings: 16 pieces

Ingredients
- 500 g white chocolate Use a good quality eating chocolate
- 1 cup Rice Bubbles
- 1 cup dried apricots Chopped
- 1 cup sultanas
- 1 cup died cranberries
- 1 cup macadamias Chopped
- ¾ cup pistachios Chopped
- 1 tsp ground cardamom
Instructions
- Line a 20cm -25cm square cake tin with baking paper
- Melt the white chocolate in the microwave, 30 seconds at a time, stirring between each blast in the microwave
- Meanwhile, place all other ingredients in a large bowl and stir to combine
- Pour the melted chocolate onto the dry ingredients and mix through thoroughly
- Pour the mixture into the lined cake tin and pat down into the tin
- Place in the fridge to set for a minimum of 2 hours
- Remove from the fridge, remove the White Christmas from the cake tin and slice into 16 pieces. Enjoy!
