Bailey’s Chocolate Mousse
I loooooove chocolate mousse and what better way to serve it than with a good dose of Bailey’s Irish Cream, some Chantilly Cream and berries. It doesn’t get much better than that.

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Melt oil and chocolate together in the microwave in 30 second lots, stirring each time. Set aside to cool to room temperature.
  2. Whip cream and caster sugar together.
  3. When chocolate mixture has cooled, add to the whipped cream and mix thoroughly
  4. Add Baileys and mix to combine.
  5. Divide chocolate mousse between 4 glasses, cups or jars. Add some Chantilly Cream and strawberries
  6. Melt additional chocolate Dip a few pretzels in the melted chocolate and set aside to set. Decorate the tops of the mousse with the pretzels.
Recipe Notes

This recipe is great with dark chocolate but if you don’t like dark, you can use milk chocolate.
